ISG vertical single-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is the domestic excellent hydraulic model. It is manufactured at the base of IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump and general vertical pump and meet the standard ISO2858 and JB/T53058-93.
According to the different pumped liquids and temperature etc, ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is manufactured for clean water pump, hot water pumps, corrosion resistant chemical pump, oil pump etc. The pump has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance and so on.

ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump can transport water and other similar liquids in physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is applicable to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise building, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transmission, HVAC refrigeration cycle, cold and hot water circulation pressurization in the bathroom, etc. and form a complete set of equipment, using temperature T <80 ℃.
Features
1. ISG pump is a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameter and on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with compact and beautiful appearance, small floor area and low construction investment.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial size, compact structure, reasonable configuration of the pump and motor bearing, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring low noise of balanced vibration of the pump operation.
3, the shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resisting seal, can effectively increase the service life of the mechanical seal.
4, easy installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipeline system, as long as the pump coupling nut can be taken out of all rotor parts.
